Not at all! While it’s a fun and playful experience, Panama Treasure Hunt is designed with adults in mind. Due to the level of difficulty, walking distance, and time required to complete it, we recommend it for participants aged 18 and up. It may not be suitable for younger children. Anyone under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.

Make sure at least one person on your team has a charged phone with internet access. We usually stay in touch through our app, but if you need extra help, we can also communicate via WhatsApp. Wear comfy shoes, light clothes, and don’t forget sunglasses or a hat to stay cool under the Panama sun! If you're visiting during the rainy season, we highly recommend bringing an umbrella or raincoat. The weather can change quickly—one minute it's sunny, the next minute a tropical downpour might hit!
The pickup and drop-off location are the same: La Concordia Boutique Hotel. By joining the game, you agree to take care of the kit and return it at the end of your adventure. It’s a key part of the experience—and we trust you to treat it well!
Absolutely! We love furry adventurers—just like the pirates did! Feel free to bring your well-behaved pets along for the fun.
If you think you might be running late, please let us know as soon as possible. It’s important to arrive on time and be ready to start at the scheduled hour. Delays may result in losing your booking, as we can’t always guarantee a later start time.
The full experience takes between 1.5 and 2.5 hours, depending on your pace. But if you want to earn your stripes as a true treasure hunter, you’ll need to crack the challenge in under 2 hours.
If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before the event to receive a full refund (minus a 5% bank processing fee). Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to reschedule your experience based on availability. If you fail to show up at the scheduled time and location without prior notice, we’ll have to consider it a no-show. Unfortunately, this means your booking won’t be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
The game may be cancelled in the event of force majeure or extreme weather conditions. Light rain won’t cancel the game, but if tropical rain becomes so heavy that no umbrella or raincoat can keep you and your gear dry enough, we may need to reschedule or cancel. If rescheduling isn’t possible for you, you’ll receive a full refund.
